Role OverviewJoin HDR's Building Engineering Services Group as a Structural Engineering Coordinator/EIT to design critical infrastructure, shape spaces, and support technological advancement, sustainability, and human experience. Work with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering experts to solve complex design challenges.
What You Will Do
Perform detailed structural design, analysis, engineering calculations, and develop construction documents. Write/Editing structural specifications and reports. Verify code compliance, quality checks, meet project schedules and budget.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate, Master of Science (MS) Degree in Structural Engineering or Structural emphasis, and previous structural design experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and analytical and organizational skills are required.

- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate

- Previous structural design experience
- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar
