Role OverviewThe Structural Designer is responsible for creating cost-effective, structurally sound packaging solutions and point-of-purchase display solutions. This role includes redesigning elements for improved cost, performance, and functionality while providing technical support to internal teams and clients.
What You Will Do
Design packaging solutions, collaborate with Sales to understand client needs, develop designs based on appearance, functionality, and client/retail specifications, and present design concepts to clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of packaging design experience with a strong portfolio
- Comprehensive knowledge of the design process from concept to production
- Strong understanding of costing systems and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with ISTA testing requirements for packaging
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design tools
