Role OverviewJoin HDR's Building Engineering Services Group in Omaha, NE, as a Structural Engineering Coordinator/EIT. Perform engineering tasks with varying complexity, assigned by a Project Engineer or Project Manager. Work independently on small tasks and assist senior engineers on larger projects.
What You Will Do
Perform detailed structural design, analysis, engineering calculations, and develop construction documents. Write/edit structural specifications and reports. Verify code compliance, quality checks, meet project schedules and budget.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate, Master of Science (MS) Degree in Structural Engineering or Structural emphasis, and previous structural design experience. Must be willing to try new things, be forward thinking, and innovative.
