Role OverviewThe Schaefer internship and co-op program provides opportunities for students to apply classroom methodology to hands-on modeling and design. The internship position is full-time (40 hours/week) for approximately 3 months during the Summer semester of 2027.
What You Will Do
Develop an understanding of load path and simple statics within basic structures, create structural drawings from engineering designs, and learn engineering software such as Revit and RAM Structural Systems.

Requirements
- Enrolled in Civil or Architectural Engineering program at an ABET accredited college
- Preferred coursework covering topics such as structural analysis, loads and systems or equivalent, concrete design, and structural steel design
- Experience in Revit is a plus
