Role OverviewHDR's Building Engineering Services Group is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will lead work independently on a wide variety of projects across numerous market sectors, collaborating with architects and other engineering discipline leads to develop designs and drive projects forward.
What You Will Do
As a Structural Engineer, you will lead work independently on a wide variety of projects, conduct design development and contract document work sessions, establish meetings and participate in reviews with various governing agencies, and perform site visits and lead construction administration efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- Previous structural engineer experience
- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
