Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience following graduation from an accredited engineering program
- Experience designing building structural systems utilizing wood, steel, concrete, and masonry
- Strong understanding of building codes, structural analysis, and value engineering principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to mentor junior staff while managing project responsibilities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit, and industry-standard structural design software such as Enercalc, RISA, Simpson, or WoodWorks
