Job Description
WSP USA is seeking a full-time Structural Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in a summer position assisting with civil engineering projects supporting heavy highway and rail design. The intern will work alongside senior staff and participate in a 12-week program with multiple agencies and projects. Interns gain mentorship and professional connections.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering, or related, Undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Demonstrated interest in Structural and Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Competent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools.
  • Basic proficiency with AutoCAD, Bentley/MicroStation or Revit Cad platforms/programs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus.
