Responsibilities include leading engineering efforts on projects, mentoring engineering staff, managing regional team resources, and promoting knowledge sharing on technical issues. The role also involves overseeing project financial performance, leading regional initiatives in technical development, and fostering a strong culture of internal and external client service.

Requirements
- 15+ years of project engineering experience
- Licensed SE preferred (in states requiring SE) or PE/CE as applicable
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred
- NCEES Record enabling reciprocity in any state
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ individuals and collaborating within integrated, multidisciplinary teams
- Experience delivering LEED Gold or Platinum projects preferred
