Role OverviewHDR's Building Engineering Services Group designs critical infrastructure for data centers and commercial environments. This role supervises a team of engineers, designers, and modelers in Northern California, working under the NorCal structural business class lead.
What You Will Do
Supervise a team toward technical training, project delivery, and workload management. Serve as a technical expert, coordinate staffing and workload, produce and coordinate several projects concurrently, and assist with marketing planning and proposals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidates need a minimum of 7 years experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include a California SE license, MS in Civil/Structural Engineering, and experience with ACI 350, OSHPD, ASCE 41, and sustainable design.
