Role OverviewAs a Structural & Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative packaging and display solutions that support sales growth and customer success. You will collaborate with sales representatives, customers, and production teams to create structural and graphic packaging designs while ensuring manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Design and develop structural packaging and display concepts using ArtiosCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software. Collaborate with sales representatives to create packaging solutions that support customer requirements and sales objectives. Produce and assemble packaging prototypes and samples using a Kongsberg CAD table and hand fabrication methods.

Requirements
- College coursework or education in CAD, graphic design, drafting, computer-aided design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using ArtiosCAD, Kongsberg CAD Table, or similar packaging design software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Preferred: Experience in the corrugated packaging industry, experience creating packaging prototypes, displays, and production-ready specifications, knowledge of printing processes and printing equipment.
