Job Description
We are seeking a new Structural Inspector to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. The successful candidate will provide structural technical support and structural inspection services according to ISTHA, IDOT, and AASHTO standards, supporting the inspection of Illinois Tollway assets, and developing basic repair scopes and design reviews.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of structural engineering principles
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, from an accredited U.S. institution
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the use of tablet technology for project documentation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good to great organizational skills
  • Team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
