Requirements

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in structural engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive structural engineering experience
  • Ability to lead project teams, mentor staff, and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Detailed understanding of design software packages like Revit and STAAD
