Supervise and support shop employees, oversee daily fabrication activities, maintain production schedules, coordinate deliveries, and monitor workmanship.

Requirements
- Experience in the structural steel fabrication industry
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines
