Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced structural steel fabrication professionals for Fitter and Welder/Fitter assignments. The role involves working from fabrication drawings, taking precise measurements, positioning steel components, and preparing assemblies for welding and final production.
What You Will Do
Review blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication details, lay out and mark structural steel components, position and align steel members, fit and assemble structural components, perform Flux Core welding, and inspect dimensions and fit-up.

Requirements
- 3+ years of structural steel fabrication experience
- Experience as a Structural Steel Fitter, Welder/Fitter, Structural Welder, or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with structural steel layout, fitting, positioning, and assembly
- Knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and materials
- Ability to set up and operate a track torch
- Ability to perform Flux Core welding and successfully complete a pre-employment welding test
- Strong attention to detail and accurate workmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
- AWS or other recognized welding certification preferred
