Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to fabricate and assemble metal components for structural steel projects. This role requires welding experience, blueprint reading, accurate measurements, and the ability to meet safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process specifications to fabricate parts within required tolerances. Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks using appropriate equipment and tools.

Requirements
- Experience with Fluxcore MIG welding
- Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test; 3G welding capability preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience using inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, and rulers
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to use squares, tape measures, Bessey clamps, reachovers, levels, and hammers
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to quality and safety
