Job Description
Perform welding and grinding functions per job specifications. Selects equipment and plans layout and assembly of welding. Works closely and interacts with supervision.

Requirements

  • Efficient production of quality welds.
  • Performance or assistance with fit‐up and preparation of welds.
  • Performance or assistance with post weld cleanup, inspection, and repair.
  • Regular communication with the Field Foreman with regard to issues and concerns on the job site.
  • Compliance with all Matrix safety policies and programs.
  • Identification of safety hazards and taking corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards.
