Role Overview

Join a leading global law firm's Structured Finance practice in Charlotte, Los Angeles, or New York. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level associate with at least 4 years of experience handling sophisticated structured finance transactions.

What You Will Do

Represent clients in sophisticated structured finance transactions, draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, and advise clients on lending, securitization, and other complex financing structures.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • At least 4 years of structured finance experience
  • Significant law firm experience handling structured finance transactions
  • Experience with structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financing structures
  • Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
