What You Will Do
Represent clients in sophisticated structured finance transactions, draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, and advise clients on lending, securitization, and other complex financing structures.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- At least 4 years of structured finance experience
- Significant law firm experience handling structured finance transactions
- Experience with structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financing structures
- Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience across multiple asset types and transaction structures is preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
