Role Overview

Join a leading Am Law firm with a nationally recognized Corporate & Finance practice. This opportunity is ideal for a junior to mid-level associate with 2–5 years of experience handling sophisticated structured finance transactions, particularly esoteric asset-backed securitizations.

What You Will Do

Represent clients in sophisticated structured finance and derivatives transactions, draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, and manage transaction workstreams from inception through closing.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Active bar admission (or eligibility for admission) in New York, North Carolina, or California
  • 2–5 years of experience in structured finance, with a focus on esoteric asset-backed securitizations
  • Additional experience in leveraged finance, asset finance, banking, project finance, fund finance, or tax is highly desirable
