Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join the Finance Group's Structured Finance Subgroup at a highly regarded national law firm.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience
  • Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application
