As a Student Analyst I, you'll work alongside BCBAs, collect real data on real cases, and get structured feedback that builds clinical judgment.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality ABA therapy, collect behavioral data, contribute to client treatment plans, and participate in caregiver training sessions, clinical team meetings, and supervision.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required and active enrollment in an accredited BCBA or BCaBA certification program
- Active RBT certification, or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA strategies
- Ability to engage children with autism in a supportive, patient, and developmentally appropriate way
- Collaborative mindset: receptive to feedback, engaged in team discussion, and committed to a positive learning environment
- Clear and professional communication skills, verbal and written, with families, clients, and team members
- Strong organizational habits: timely session notes, accurate data collection, dependable schedule adherence
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical setting
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to maintain professional boundaries with clients and families
