Role OverviewWe are seeking an Instructional Assistant to work in the Neshamiy Public School District - Elementary. As an Instructional Assistant, you will work with students with autistic support needs, reporting to the Special Education Teacher. Your duties will include supporting and maintaining classroom policies and procedures, assisting with students' individualized education programs, and participating in meetings and in-service training programs.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include supporting students by modeling appropriate behavior, providing emotional support, and assisting with the implementation of students' individualized education programs. You will also participate in meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Associates degree required
- At least one year of experience in an educational setting working required
