Role OverviewThe Student Data Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with staff, supervisors, residential facilities, districts, and the PA Department of Education (PDE) to ensure compliance with mandates and local policies for students with disabilities. The role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive systems for auditing special needs records, collaborating with departments to examine data collection, and serving as a liaison with residential facilities and educational entities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities will include administrative duties for the Special Education Department, such as completing the admission/enrollment and withdrawal process for students, preparing documentation for facility audits, and generating all administrative operations including attendance monitoring and data entry into Student Information Systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s Degree beneficial
- Minimum three (3) years’ administrative experience
- Advanced computer competency in various databases, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Special Education Experience preferred
