Role OverviewThe Office of People, Success & Opportunity Intern will assist with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll support, employee communications, and special projects. This position will gain hands-on experience in higher education administration, employee services, business operations, organizational development, or related fields.
What You Will Do
Assist with recruitment and hiring activities, prepare and maintain job postings, maintain employee records, assist with data entry, provide administrative support for employee benefits, assist with payroll and timekeeping-related tasks, prepare spreadsheets and reports, and support employee engagement activities.

Requirements
- Sophomore or higher; class ranking
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Currently enrolled at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
