Job Description
We're looking for a Student Enrollment Representative to guide prospective healthcare students from their first inquiry through enrollment, managing their own pipeline and hitting measurable targets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a KPI-driven role — admissions, education sales, student recruitment, account management, financial services, or similar fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative, people-first approach.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
