Job Description
This position is designed to deliver student financial services to students, parents, and other customers in a friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable manner. The position involves assisting students and parents with financial aid and billing related questions and transactions, as well as other duties such as managing correspondence and planning federal work-study information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of office experience
  • Cash handling experience in a business setting
  • Experience with PowerFAIDS
  • Experience in a banking environment
  • Ability to work well in a high volume environment
