Role OverviewThe Student Placement Coordinator is responsible for the placement of students in clinical-related fields within Primary Health Solutions. They build and maintain relationships with universities to partner on clinical placement for students, ensuring an efficient flow of information between all involved to ensure that learning and development has a positive impact on business results and relationships.
What You Will Do
The Student Placement Coordinator initiates and maintains contracts, provides direction and support to students throughout their clinical experience, establishes processes to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness of programs, and coordinates the process beginning with initial contact and extending throughout the learning experience and follow-up.

Requirements
- Associate's degree with at least 6 years of experience working in health related field or Bachelor's Degree in business or health related field
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to gain knowledge of current practice management system, electronic medical record, Microsoft Word, text paging, Internet, and Intranet
