Job Description
Help students stay on track, succeed, and graduate as a Student Services Advisor. This role involves tracking progress, identifying concerns, and guiding students through challenges, as well as coordinating various student-related processes and boosting the student experience.

Requirements

  • Be a retention rockstar- track progress, identify concerns, and guide students through challenges
  • Monitor attendance and academic standing, reaching out and offering solutions when students need support
  • Coordinate SAP, LOA, withdrawals, and reinstatements with empathy and urgency
  • Schedule student appeals, reinstatement meetings, and AOS interaction
  • Boost the student experience through the Ambassador program and graduation events
  • Step in for the Registrar when needed to post grades, update attendance, and manage status changes
