Role Overview

The Student Success & Enrollment Coordinator is the operational and client experience hub of our center. This is a part-time role with general availability needed as 2 PM – 8 PM weekdays + occasional weekends (9 AM – 2 PM). You will manage the daily flow of students, support families, coordinate schedules, and ensure every parent and student feels supported, informed, and cared for.

What You Will Do

Manage daily student and instructor schedules, coordinate scheduling changes and special requests, maintain organized operational calendars and systems, support billing processes and payment coordination, assist families with enrollment steps and program setup, track student records and updates accurately, serve as the first point of contact for families, respond to questions via phone, email, and in person, provide clear, warm communication about programs and services, support new family inquiries and guide them through enrollment, communicate program value clearly and confidently, assist in converting inquiries into enrolled students, greet families and students daily, maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment, help ensure smooth daily operations and student flow.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in administration, office coordination, customer service, or school support roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing schedules or client-facing systems
  • Comfortable using basic software tools (Google Workspace, scheduling systems, etc.)
