Role OverviewThe Student Supervision Associate supervises students on the school grounds, enforces school rules, and promotes courtesy among students. This role is part of Think Together's efforts to change the odds for kids by providing award-winning programs during and outside the school day.
What You Will Do
Supervises students during breakfast, recess, and/or lunch periods, enforces rules, and implements organizational policies and procedures. Reports incidents to authorized personnel and communicates with teachers regarding student behavior.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires experience supervising school-age children, a high school diploma, and the ability to enforce rules and regulations. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Mandarin are preferred.

- Experience supervising school-age children
- High School Diploma
- Background check via fingerprinting (Live Scan)
- Clear TB test
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (for employees who operate a personal or company vehicle for work purposes)
