Job Description

The Student Support Coordinator plays a critical part in supporting students through complex situations while ensuring institutional policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently.
Requirements
Successful advocacy for student access and equity
Handling complex student cases with professionalism, discretion, and a student-centered approach
Navigating challenging conversations and disputes
Knowledge of higher education policies and compliance (ADA, FERPA, student conduct, Title IX)
Proactive problem solving and process improvement
