Role OverviewProvides assistance and support to a Teacher in planning and implementing classroom instruction to meet the educational needs of a student. Assists in creating a safe and secure classroom environment. Observes and tracks student behavior to identify and monitor proficiency and performance levels.
What You Will Do
Assist in planning classroom curriculum, implement plans to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the assigned student. Provide encouragement and support to the student to contribute to the best possible educational experience.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with three years of direct support experience, or completion of 30 college credits with six months of related work experience.

Benefits
