Role OverviewWe are looking for talented Student Tutors to work as independent contractors, providing individualized academic support to students to help them improve understanding of subject material, complete assignments, and develop effective study skills.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in assigned subject areas, develop plans to meet the child's literacy and tutoring needs, and track student progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required
- Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge in subject area(s) being tutored
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and learning styles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
- At least 21 years old
- No felony convictions or other criminal offences
