Role OverviewAs a Style Consultant at Target, you will be responsible for providing an incredible guest experience, driving sales, and delivering a guest-ready floorpad. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and using them to solve and support guest needs.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include driving sales, delivering a guest-ready floorpad, sorting truck freight, pushing freight to the salesfloor, and locating merchandise in the backroom. You will also set visual presentations, maintain product availability, and execute and maintain backroom organization.

Requirements
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
