Stylist

As a Stylist at J.Crew, you are the key brand ambassador, embodying personal style and product passion. You are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service that leads to genuine, loyal customer connections, driving the business and increasing store profitability. You are committed to helping customers find their authentic selves while delivering results and spreading a culture of product expertise across your team.

What You Will Do

Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals. Build incremental sales through wardrobing as a brand ambassador and product expert, utilizing in-store relationships, customer profiles, and the loyalty program to attract and retain clients. Deliver a best-in-class styling experience through authentic, personalized interactions and one-to-one clienteling, and identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking and local marketing.

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling
