Job Description
The Sales Representative initializes and manages relationships with customers, identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to Frederick’s Manufacturing products and services.

Requirements

  • Analyze and develop new markets by analyzing the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
  • Expedited the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a schedule;
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and/or Management;
  • Attend trade shows and BD functions with approval from your manager;
  • All other duties assigned by your manager.
