Role OverviewThe Subcontract Administrator will manage the full procurement lifecycle, partnering closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure materials, components, and services are delivered on time and to specification. This is a hands-on purchasing role requiring strong follow-up, tracking discipline, and aerospace industry expertise.
What You Will Do
Manage cradle-to-grave procurement activities, support New Product Integration (NPI), execute purchasing activities, proactively follow up and track open orders, and develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or purchasing
- Aerospace industry experience is required
- Demonstrated experience managing cradle-to-grave procurement
- Proven ability to follow up, track, and drive supplier deliverables to closure
- Experience working within cross-functional teams (IPT environment)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Kent, WA
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by applicable export control regulations
