Role OverviewThe Subcontract Management Supervisor is responsible for developing project subcontract management plans, managing and performing designated subcontracts, and supporting RFP development, negotiation, and Contract Management phases. This role will own and ensure successful completion of key phases of the Subcontract Management process. Domestic and international travel may be required.
What You Will Do
Develop the Statement of Work (SOW), post-award Start-up and Post Award Conference (PAC), maintain the Outsourcing Matrix, conduct Production Readiness assessments, SMT meetings, and external Subcontractor status reviews, analyze subcontractor performance, and contribute to Subcontract Progressing and Close-out activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 6 Years of Contract Administration experience required
- US Government contracting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, service supplements and procurement law
- Understanding of contract financing methods (progress, milestone, and performance-based payments)
- A working knowledge of the manufacturing process with MRP/PRM functions
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
- Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
- Adherence to ISO and OSHA policies established by FMG and high values for safety awareness
