Role OverviewAs a Sublimation Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sublimination process by operating sublimation equipment to create custom-designed products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Operate Sublimation Equipment, Prepare and Inspect Materials, Ensure proper alignment, Monitor Production, Quality control of product, Documentation and record-keeping, Team collaboration, Safety and compliance

Requirements
- Prior experience in sublimation preferred but not required
