Job Description
XSITE LLC is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer / Platform Architect to set technical direction and own the architectural baseline for submarine platform capabilities at the hardware–software boundary.
Requirements
Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Science, Physics, or related field.
10+ years in systems/platform engineering with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams or major subsystems.
Demonstrated ownership of system architecture, ICDs, and requirements for complex, safety- or mission-critical systems.
Experience leading integration and V&V across embedded devices, onboard servers, and tactical networks.
Proficiency with requirements management (e.g., DOORS/Jama) and MBSE/SysML practices and governance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proven record presenting to government customers and leadership.
U.S. Citizenship; Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
