What You Will Do
The counselor will conduct individual and group counseling sessions, coordinate care of assigned patients, and present patient status and concerns with the treatment team. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing patient treatment plans according to state regulatory requirements, and providing opiate addiction counseling services.

Requirements
