Job Description
Compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Needed! Assists patients through medically assisted programs and offers techniques for handling opioid addiction. Conducts group sessions and individual sessions to assist with crisis management and coping strategies.

Requirements

  • CADC or working toward CADC and able to obtain within 2 years of working while supervised
  • Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
  • Positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward patient population
  • Understanding of EMR system (electronic medical records)
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
