Role OverviewThe Counselor Supervisor will supervise counselors and interns, ensuring timely documentation of patient services and managing expenditures. The supervisor will also provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing supervision of staff.
What You Will Do
Direct and supervise intake operations, review intake assessments, direct pre-admission decisions, and maintain a small caseload. Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing supervision of staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have prior supervisory experience, be self-motivated and directed, and have a positive attitude toward chemically dependent patients. Experience working with this population is preferred.
Requirements
- LCSW, LCPC, or LADC with CCS in the state of Maine
- Computer experience
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience - SMART EHR preferred
- MAT counseling experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Self-motivated and directed
