Job Description
The Substance Use Practitioner works with an interdisciplinary team to provide intensive services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, conducting assessments, interventions, and communication to ensure person-centered care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
  • 4,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services
  • LADC license preferred
  • Certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner
  • Ability to travel and perform physical tasks
