Our client is a leading energy infrastructure company seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee critical substation construction projects.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of construction management experience, preferably in electrical/substation construction
  • Vast knowledge of electrical schematics, mechanical, civil, and steel structural drawings
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and hazard identification/mitigation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to keep projects on track
  • Experience with concrete work and foundation systems
  • Broad understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in McCamey, TX
