Role OverviewJoin HDR's Northern California Power Delivery Engineering team as a Substation Electrical EIT to work on exciting projects and help clients achieve clean energy goals. You'll be part of a rapidly growing team, preparing engineering designs for substation projects and seeking knowledge and experience in Protection and Control and Physical aspects of high voltage substation design.
What You Will Do
Conduct analyses, prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and designs for electrical substations. Work with designers and CADD technicians to develop drawings, and conduct site visits during design, construction, and as-built phases of projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- US Citizenship
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
