Role OverviewHDR's Power sector shapes how electricity is generated, transmitted and delivered. As Substation Team Lead, you will be responsible for establishing the Power Delivery relationship with local key clients, overseeing project execution, driving quality and delivery, and providing technical leadership. This role involves supervising and growing a local substation team of engineers and designers.
What You Will Do
You will oversee project execution, drive quality and delivery for clients, and provide technical leadership. Responsibilities include supervising a substation team, managing workload, quality, utilization, team morale, training, and performance reviews. You will collaborate with substation team members regionally and nationally, balance staff workload, and coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
