Substitute Plant Operations Specialist

Job Description
The Substitute Plant Operations Specialist will fill in when the Plant Operation Specialist is on vacation or out sick, performing extensive and routine repair and preventative maintenance projects for Marrakech residential and commercial properties in Connecticut.

Requirements

  • 5 years work experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
  • Skill in the use of hand and power tools
  • Own, insured vehicle for work
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
