Role OverviewAgape Childcare Staffing provides substitute teachers to preschools and day schools when their regular staff members are unavailable. You may be assigned as a Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher, and your role will be communicated before your shift.
What You Will Do
Independently manage a classroom, assist the Lead Teacher, maintain a safe learning environment, and communicate with school staff.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or classroom setting
- Reliable, full-day availability on your committed weekday(s)
- Ability to adapt to different classrooms, age groups, and school environments
- Ability to successfully complete required background and reference checks
- Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to actively supervise children, move throughout the classroom, and lift up to 30 lbs when necessary
