Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an On-Call Substitute Teacher at Lava Heights Academy in Toquerville, Utah. The position is teaching all subjects to grades 7-12 in a multi age classroom environment.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
  • Have a minimum of 1 year working in educational classrooms in a variety of core subjects OR possess a current and valid State teaching credential in English, Social Studies and/or Special Education
